Plans & Billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and includes 1 project, 2 vCPUs, 2 GB RAM, and 20 GB storage. No credit card required.
How does billing work?
Fixed plans are billed monthly or annually (20% discount). Usage-based resources (AI tokens, bandwidth overages) are billed at the end of each month. Invoices are available in the dashboard.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled for a pro-rated refund within 30 days.
Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?
Yes. Registered nonprofits and YC/a16z portfolio companies receive 30% off Pro plans. Email sales@nexatech.example with verification.
Technical
What runtimes do you support?
Any Docker container. We also have first-class support for Node.js, Python, Go, Ruby, Java, PHP, and Rust with automatic buildpacks (no Dockerfile required for common stacks).
What regions are available?
Compute is available in 12 regions across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Edge Compute runs in 40+ PoPs globally. New regions are announced quarterly.
Can I connect my own database?
Yes. Use private networking to connect to any database accessible from your VPC. We also offer managed PostgreSQL and Redis as add-ons.
Do you support Kubernetes?
NexaTech Compute uses Kubernetes internally, but you don't manage it. If you need raw Kubernetes access (for Helm charts, custom operators, etc.) our Enterprise plan supports Bring-Your-Own-Cluster.
What's your uptime SLA?
Starter: no SLA. Pro: 99.9% (8.7 hours downtime/year max). Enterprise: 99.99% (52 minutes/year max) with financial penalties.
Security
Is my data encrypted?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Encryption keys are managed by NexaTech by default, or you can bring your own key (BYOK) on Enterprise plans.
Do you have SOC 2 certification?
Yes. SOC 2 Type II reports are available to Enterprise customers under NDA. HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance documentation is also available.
Can I run a penetration test?
Yes, with advance notice. Pro customers can test their own workloads. Enterprise customers receive our annual third-party pen test report. Contact security@nexatech.example to schedule.
