NexaTech Inc. ("NexaTech", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, company name, and billing details when you create an account.

Usage data: API request logs, deployment events, performance metrics, and error logs associated with your account.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and device identifiers collected automatically.

Communication data: emails, support tickets, and chat messages you send to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services; process payments; send transactional emails (invoices, alerts, security notices); respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in our data centers in the United States and the European Union. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain ISO 27001 certification and complete annual SOC 2 Type II audits.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after termination. Log data is retained for 30–365 days depending on your plan. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@nexatech.example.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU or California, you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to processing; and data portability. Submit requests to privacy@nexatech.example. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand usage patterns. You may opt out of analytics cookies in your account settings.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, AWS for infrastructure, and Datadog for internal monitoring. Each provider has their own privacy policy. We contractually require them to protect your data.
