2024 in Review: Our Biggest Year Yet

2024 was NexaTech's most consequential year. Here's a by-the-numbers look at what we built and delivered.

Growth

We grew from 4,200 to 12,000 paying customers. ARR grew 3.1×. Our Net Promoter Score hit 72 — up from 61 at the start of the year.

Infrastructure

We added 18 PoP locations and opened data centers in Singapore and Amsterdam. Total capacity grew 4× year-over-year.

What's next

2025 will be defined by AI-native infrastructure: GPU clusters, inference optimization, and ML-powered operations. We're just getting started.
